  • Step 2: We hold an initial meeting to assess your needs and define the processes that are to be carried out by us in the future.
  • Step 3: Your permanent contact person at ARTS receives a briefing on your processes and working methods.
  • Step 4: The tasks are handed over to your ARTS contact person.

Our HR administrators offer you support for all HR administration tasks, from correspondence and the preparation of references to the administration of employee data, time management and payroll preparation.

We support you 10, 25 or 36 hours per month with:

  • Administrative tasks of time management (time account maintenance, checking for completeness and correctness, etc.)
  • Preparing certificates for employees and companies

Our personnel officers offer you short-term support as generalist HR experts. This ranges from personnel planning and recruitment to support for managers and personnel development to staff appraisals.

HR as a Service for our customer FPA Services GmbH

FPA Services GmbH takes over the accounting processes of its customers on its own responsibility. The topic of outsourcing financial services is their core business and for this reason FPA decided to keep the focus on their core business and to bring ARTS on board as experts for other specialist areas, such as HR management, among others.


ARTS takes over the complete HR process for the start-up and only coordinates with the CEO on HR decisions.


The FPA Services GmbH is supported by a permanent ARTS contact person who takes over strategic and operative HR activities. In regular meetings, they discuss personnel decisions, such as new hires, new job requirements, but also the development of employees or separation processes. In addition, we advise managers at all times on the topic of employee management.


With our HR services, the FPA can decide each month how many hours of HR support it needs, depending on the abundance of current HR issues.

Frequently asked questions about HR outsourcing

Does the service take place on-site or remotely?

Basic administrative and preparatory/post-processing activities take place remotely. Staff meetings, exchanges with managers, etc. are scheduled as fixed appointments or attendance times at the customer's premises.

Is a specific HRM system required?

No, our colleagues are well versed in the use of various applicant management systems, digital personnel management systems, etc. and can adapt to work with the client's system at short notice. Our HR generalists and HR administrators are fully equipped with the technical equipment for general HR activities.

HR as a Service or another service from ARTS? What do I really need?

With HR as a Service, we offer you a fixed contact person who takes over part of your HR challenges on an hourly basis at fixed agreed times. This is particularly worthwhile for small and medium-sized companies or as a temporary solution for peak workloads. If you would like to outsource your HR administration completely, we offer you the ideal solution with our HR Shared Service Center.

Do I have a fixed contact person?

When booking our service packages, our customer companies receive a fixed contact person with whom times and the exact arrangement are agreed individually. This person is familiarized in detail with the customer processes. In addition, there is a substitution arrangement so that you can also benefit from our service if your contact person is on vacation.
