ARTS supports IMA as a recruiter

In our ARTS Talent Pool you will already find approx. 8,000 outstanding personalities from the fields of Engineering, IT, Finance & Controlling, Sales, Recruiting and many more. In addition, we are always recruiting new candidates, for example for IMA Materials Research and Application Engineering.


Our client IMA was looking for IT software developers, software engineers and operational buyers. As the vacancies were very time-critical, we had to act quickly. IMA also had precise salary requirements that needed to be met.


Not all positions were advertised, as otherwise non-European candidates would have applied ostensibly in a sought-after job description. In principle, all nations are welcome at IMA, but one vacancy required security checks that only Europeans could provide. Here, active sourcing was the right tool.
