Tasks

Processing of current business transactions (general ledger accounting) for our companies
Support of day-to-day operations as well as accounts receivable, accounts payable and fixed asset accounting
Preparation of monthly and annual financial statements in accordance with German Commercial Code (HGB) within the specified deadlines.
Processing payments and monitoring account balances
Preparation of the monthly business analysis, annual balance sheet and statistics
Recording of all business transactions within the framework of financial accounting
Processing of dunning procedures
Support and maintenance of the accounting in the customer's ERP system

Qualification

Successfully completed commercial vocational training
Professional experience in accounting, including financial accounting, document processing, invoicing, dunning, accounts receivable and accounts payable, and fixed asset accounting.
Additional qualifications, e.g. as a tax specialist, certified accountant or similar, are advantageous.
Good expertise with DATEV
A high affinity for IT and an interest in digital work are desirable.
