Technical employee (m/f/d) cleanroom workshop

You will assume a responsible role in our cleanroom workshop, ensuring the professional assembly, disassembly, and maintenance of sensitive system components. With technical expertise, manual dexterity, and a strong commitment to quality, you will ensure that vacuum assemblies are precisely disassembled, cleaned, inspected, and pre-assembled. You will work systematically, meticulously document your activities, and, together with your team, contribute to reliably maintaining the highest quality and safety standards.

Tasks

Assembly and disassembly of plant components required for maintenance.
This includes:

  • Disassembly of vacuum parts (assemblies)
  • Creation of cleaning orders
  • Quality control
  • Replacement of wear parts
  • Pre-assembly of components
  • Performing a leak test
  • Inventory bookings
  • Documentation of the work carried out
     

Qualification

  • Technical vocational training in the field of industrial mechanics, plant mechanics or pipeline and sanitary engineering
  • ALTERNATIVELY, career changers with several years of professional experience
  • Good technical understanding and manual dexterity
  • Excellent German skills (at least C1 level)
  • Willingness to work shifts (rotating week without night shifts)
  • Computer skills
  • Team player with an independent work style and a strong awareness of quality
