Autobahn GmbH des Bundes was faced with the challenge of efficiently filling 15,000 positions in the shortest possible time and strengthening its (new) employer brand. ARTS provided support with a customised Recruitment Process Outsourcing (RPO), which included both personnel marketing strategies and active sourcing.
Requirements
The challenge was to fill 550 positions in 25 different occupational groups for Autobahn GmbH in a short space of time. Due to the ongoing pandemic, this had to be done remotely for all branches, branch offices, traffic control centres and motorway maintenance depots throughout Germany. At the same time, our team of 12 recruiters was responsible for ensuring the quality of the applicants.
Solution
ARTS supported Autobahn GmbH with Recruitment Process Outsourcing (RPO). As an experienced HR agency, we always take a holistic approach to projects. At the beginning of the project, we set up a special landing page for people interested in careers to increase the visibility of the jobs and create effective backlink management for Autobahn GmbH's careers page. We also developed SEO-optimised job landing pages and used the principle of duplicates for greater reach. Target group-specific advertising campaigns in social media and search engines reinforced these measures. Finally, we also took over the entire recruiting process, including active sourcing in applicant databases and social networks, in order to make the process comprehensive and efficient.
Result
We were able to sift through a total of 22,000 applications and successfully fill a total of 495 positions with a placement rate of 90%. Thanks to our exclusive support, Autobahn GmbH des Bundes saved a considerable amount of time and resources, enabling us to continue our collaboration.
