In addition, constant contact with all departments and external parties requires an impeccable appearance and good verbal and written communication skills.

Projects

ARTS office administrators in Munich work for us and our customers, for example in the automotive industry or in fluid technology. In doing so, they take on an important position in the operative business and numerous organisational and administrative tasks. For example, they look after customer enquiries and offer solution-oriented advice. If specific customer enquiries arise, they are jointly responsible for recording, monitoring and maintaining data along the processing chain. They also handle the processing and correct internal allocation to the various production plants.

In the further processing, ARTS office administrators always keep an overview of the order status and take over, among other things, the deadline and price control or schedule production documents and work them out. They are also responsible for issuing invoices during and after order completion as well as for the corresponding invoice receipt checks.
