Tasks

  • Manage and support the Lufthansa Technik workshop operations in Frankfurt within a defined customer segment
  • Initiate, lead and implement projects focused on customer requirements and infrastructure development
  • Active sales of the MRO Infrastructure Services portfolio
  • Identify and initiate product and process optimisations
  • Conduct performance dialogues with customers and derive as well as monitor service agreements
  • Define, implement and monitor performance targets, KPIs and quality standards
  • Conduct process analyses and implement sustainable process improvements
  • Provide consulting support to domestic and international production sites of Lufthansa Technik and ensure implementation of process changes

Qualification

  • Completed university degree in Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Computer Science, Business Informatics or Business Administration
  • Several years of experience in managing complex projects and strong expertise in project, process and lean management
  • Sound knowledge of MS Office, JIRA, SAP and wiki-based systems
  • Fluent English skills (min. C1) and good German skills (min. B2)
  • Willingness to travel occasionally within Germany and abroad
  • A valid, unrestricted work permit for the European Union (no student visa) is mandatory
