Tasks

  • Accompanying and monitoring processes to ensure smooth operations
  • Creating, evaluating and commenting on order processing reports - for more transparency and optimisation potential
  • On-time delivery and reliable realisation of individual customer requirements
  • Careful recording and maintenance of data in the system
  • Supporting the dispatchers in communicating with partners and taking on administrative tasks to relieve the team

Qualification

  • Completed commercial or technical training, e.g. in the field of mechanics or metalworking
  • Several years of professional experience in the commercial sector
  • Strong scheduling and planning skills — structured and target-orientated
  • Very good expertise in MS Office, ideally supplemented by SAP experience
  • Proficient English language skills for confident and independent communication, at least B2 level
  • A valid work permit for the EU
