Administrative Assistant (m/f/x)

Our client, a renowned company in the aviation industry based in Gilching near Munich, is looking for an Administrative Assistant with commitment and strong communication skills to start immediately. The position is initially limited to 18 months, with the option to extend. You can expect a dynamic working environment in which you can actively contribute your quick perception and ability to work independently. The gross annual salary is between €40,000 and €50,000.

Tasks

  • Proactive project and deadline management — efficient organisation of projects, deadlines and contacts to optimally support management
  • Administrative and organisational support — independent relief of the Managing Director in various administrative tasks and topics
  • Coordination of interfaces — monitoring and coordination of internal and external communication channels to ensure smooth processes
  • Management meeting support — preparation, participation and follow-up of internal and external management meetings, including taking minutes
  • Creating professional presentations — designing and preparing convincing management presentations
  • Analyses and research — conducting in-depth analyses and targeted research for strategic decisions
  • Independent project management — planning, implementation and monitoring of internal projects and events with responsibility for milestones and target achievement
  • Optimisation of internal processes — further development and maintenance of internal tools as well as continuous improvement of operational processes

Qualification

  • Successfully completed commercial vocational training
  • Professional experience in a similar role, ideally with a focus on assistance and organisation
  • Confident handling of MS Office programmes and sound experience in the use of SAP
  • Business fluent in English, both verbally and in writing
  • Present work permit for the European Union
