Tasks

• Optimisation of engine performance through professional upgrading and fine-tuning of existing engine systems
• Assembly and installation of aircraft engines and components in accordance with current approval and certification standards
• Support on the final assembly line (FAL) and flight line, including rapid fault analysis and rectification for engines and Nacelle components
• Incoming inspection of engine cowling components and precise assembly before and after the painting process according to standard operating procedures
• Assembly of C-frames for the application of logos and performance of special quality controls
• Identification and reworking of painted components, including technical inspections, repairs and documentation in accordance with quality standards
• Safe handling of engines and aircraft components in compliance with all occupational safety and accident prevention regulations in accordance with RTX EHS guidelines
• Control of tools and working environment to ensure efficient, safe and proper operationOptimisation of engine performance through professional upgrading and fine-tuning of existing engine systems

Qualification

• Successfully completed vocational training as a mechanic
• Ideally experience as a mechanic in the aviation industry and working with engines
• Good knowledge of German and English
• Willingness to work in shifts
• EU work permit available (no student visa)
