Aircraft Mechanic as Aviation Quality Inspector (m/f/x)

The gross annual salary is approximately €45,000 depending on qualifications & experience.

Tasks

  • Visual inspection and quality testing of aviation components, with a particular focus on engine parts and critical components
  • Efficient deviation management through the creation of precise quality notes and documentation of inspection results in SAP systems
  • Material acceptance and identification of containment measures to ensure the highest standards in aviation technology
  • Quality control according to inspection and control plans, in strict compliance with applicable norms, regulations and industry-specific standards
  • Inventory controls and team-orientated coordination in meetings with all relevant process participants

Qualification

  • Completed technical training, e.g. as an aircraft mechanic, engine mechanic, industrial mechanic or metalworker
  • Sound professional experience in the aviation industry, ideally in quality assurance or incoming goods
  • Knowledge of quality management processes and the evaluation of technical drawings and documentation
  • Routine in dealing with construction documents and specifications, combined with a sound technical understanding
  • Experience with SAP and MS Office as helpful additional qualifications
  • Very good German and good English skills
  • Work permit for the EU
