Tasks

  • Monitoring, further development and expansion of the QMS according to EN 9100 as well as the valid EASA and military requirements for “Initial and Continuing Airworthiness”
  • Contact person within the company & for authorities in all quality management and compliance monitoring matters
  • Conducting internal audits and supplier audits as well as external audits by EASA or other regulatory authorities
  • Monitoring and analysis of non-conformities in the development, production and maintenance process
  • Development and implementation of corrective and preventive measures
  • Creation and maintenance of all necessary quality documentation and regular reporting on QMS status and audit results
  • Promoting a culture of continuous improvement within the company
  • Conducting internal training programs and ensuring the flow of information about changes in legal requirements and internal procedures

Qualification

  • Completed technical studies or completed technical training with sound aviation experience
  • Extensive experience in quality management and process management in the aviation sector using the relevant standards such as EN 9100
  • Relevant knowledge of European and national civil and military aviation law
  • Know-how in the implementation according to EASA Part-21, Part-145, as well as the military specifications according to A1-275/xxx and C1-275/xxx
  • Several years of experience in conducting internal and external audits and in dealing with aviation authorities
  • Business fluent in German and English
  • Willingness to travel domestically and abroad
  • Work permit for the EU
