Tasks

  • Inspection and assessment of landing gear components as part of maintenance activities
  • Execution of mechanical tests and visual inspections
  • Documentation of inspection results in compliance with aviation standards
  • Participation in fault analysis and rectification of defects
  • Support with disassembly and assembly work
  • Compliance with safety and quality regulations

Qualification

  • Completed vocational training in a metalworking profession, e.g. as an aircraft mechanic, industrial mechanic or similar
  • Experience in aviation maintenance, ideally in the area of landing gear, is desirable
  • Valid crane operator license required
  • Good German and English language skills (at least B2)
  • Willingness to work in a 2-shift system
  • Strong team spirit, flexibility and high resilience
  • A valid, unrestricted work permit for the European Union (no student visa) is mandatory
