Tasks

Integration of mechanical components, cable harnesses and assemblies based on technical drawings and work orders
Independent assembly, inspection and handover to quality assurance
Documentation of work steps in SAP, including troubleshooting if needed
Carrying out repairs according to repair orders
Support for technical assessments and contribution to continuous improvement activities
Inspection of work before, during and after integration
Collaboration within the team and coordination with the team leader

Qualification

Completed vocational training as an aircraft mechanic, aircraft builder, mechatronics technician or a comparable qualification in the metal or electrical sector, ideally with aerospace experience
Extensive professional experience in aircraft construction and in quality assurance
Several years of experience in integrating aerospace devices is an advantage
Advanced skills in SAP and confident use of MS Office
Fluent German skills (at least C1) and advanced English skills (at least B2)
Willingness to work shifts and to travel occasionally
A valid, unrestricted work permit for the European Union (no student visa) is mandatory
