Tasks

• Assembly of individual parts and subassemblies made of composite and metallic materials (e.g. CFRP) according to technical specifications
• Cutting, adjusting and processing composite components in compliance with applicable safety and quality standards
• Integration of components and systems into structural assemblies – including drilling, riveting and sealing
• Independent work based on technical drawings, work plans and production instructions
• Assembly tasks on military helicopter sections, including NH90 and Tiger models
• Support in identifying improvement potential as part of the continuous improvement process

Qualification

• Completed vocational training as an aircraft mechanic
  or in a metalworking profession (e.g. automotive mechanic, metalworker, bodywork technician)
• Several years of professional experience in manufacturing, mechanics, aerospace or aircraft construction
• Experience in small wet lay-up repairs or basic electrical work is desirable
• Confident handling of MS Office
• German language skills at negotiation level (at least C1), basic English skills (at least A2–B1)
• Willingness to work in shifts
• A valid, unrestricted work permit for the European Union (no student visa) is mandatory
