Aircraft Quality Inspector (m/f/x)

For our client Airbus Helicopters Deutschland GmbH at the Donauwörth site, we are looking for you as an Aircraft Quality Inspector to support serial production. Tasks

  • Performing quality inspections, first article inspections and functional tests on individual parts and assemblies
  • Preparing delivery documentation in accordance with specified requirements
  • Recording and processing of non-conformities and quality notifications
  • Monitoring the implementation of corrective and preventive actions by the responsible departments
  • Prompt handling of quality issues to ensure a smooth production process
  • Conducting operational surveillance for personnel, products and processes
  • Coaching and supervising production employees with L1/L2 delegation

Qualification

  • Completed technical vocational training with further qualification as a technician or master craftsman
  • Extensive professional experience in manufacturing / production as well as in quality assurance
  • In-depth experience in reading and interpreting technical drawings and manufacturing documentation
  • Advanced user skills in MS Office and SAP and confident use of the Google Suite
  • Business fluent German language skills (at least C1) and good English language skills (at least B2)
  • A valid, unrestricted work permit for the European Union (no student visa) is mandatory
