Tasks

• Assembly of simple to complex assemblies and components with high dimensional accuracy and low tolerances in all programs
• Implementation of change instructions and retrofitting as well as carrying out rework in downstream assembly stages
• Visual inspection and quality control with reporting and documentation of damage or complaints as well as carrying out repairs
• Adjustment work to compensate for production tolerances and production of complex assembly activities in accordance with construction documents
• Independent production of simple auxiliary devices and templates to support assembly
• Checking the completeness of all required materials based on parts lists and construction documents, as well as communicating shortages
• Assembly of unpainted and painted components, taking into account special requirements
• Participation in improvements and optimizations within the assigned work area

Qualification

• Successfully completed vocational training as a boat builder, carpenter or production mechanic with many years of professional experience
• Several years of professional experience in manufacturing / production
• In-depth application knowledge of MS Office and SAP
• Knowledge of a drawing system (e.g. Zamiz) is essential
• Business fluent German and advanced English skills
• A valid work permit for the European Union (no student visa)
• Willingness to work in a 3-shift system
