Tasks

  • Secure cable bundles in helicopter cells with pre-assembled cable protection system
  • Properly attach cable protection, remove, sort, and store after inspection
  • Clean the helicopter cell
  • Perform and document foreign object check (FOC)
  • Check logs for completeness
  • Transfer helicopter to the next department or to final assembly
  • Final preparation for shipping or transfer to the final assembly line

Qualification

  • Completed vocational training (e.g., as an electronics technician for devices and systems, mechatronics technician, mechanic, or similar)
  • Several years of experience in manufacturing or production, ideally in the aviation sector
  • Experience in working with cable protection systems or similar components is an advantage
  • Business fluent in German (at least C1), basic knowledge of English (at least A2)
  • Knowledge in the area of safety and cleanliness is an advantage
  • Willingness to work in a 2-shift system
  • A valid, unrestricted work permit for the European Union (no student visa) is mandatory
