Assistant / Secretary for Airbus (m/f/x)

We are currently looking for a structured Assistant / Secretary in Donauwörth for our client Airbus Helicopters Deutschland GmbH, who will support the Airframe Design and Mechanical Systems Installation department with their strong communication and organisational skills.

Tasks

  • Administrative support for managers and employees in civil and military environments
  • Travel planning and accounting for national and international business trips
  • Internal and external appointment coordination and correspondence in German and English
  • Preparation of employee onboarding and offboarding
  • Processing invoices, mail and general office matters
  • Management of meeting rooms and organisation of office and IT equipment
  • Support in the area of occupational safety and workplace organisation
  • Collaboration with other assistants at the Donauwörth and Marignane locations

Qualification

  • Completed commercial training, e.g. as an industrial clerk or office clerk
  • Many years of professional experience in the field of assistance, project management or corporate communications
  • Familiarity with the Airbus world is a great advantage
  • Very good knowledge of MS Office and ideally also Google Workspace
  • Business fluent in German and English (at least C1)
  • A valid, unrestricted work permit for the European Union (no student visa) is mandatory
