Tasks

  • Management of diaries and inboxes, prioritisation
  • Support with administrative tasks for managers and teams
  • Organising and planning meetings, identifying needs
  • Coordination with assistants and relevant stakeholders
  • Managing MoM (Manufacturing Operations Management) tasks, follow-up communication and actions
  • Sharing internal and external information within the team
  • Organising events, weblives and logistical tasks
  • Promoting positive labour relations and initiatives to reduce the environmental footprint

Qualification

  • Successfully completed commercial training, e.g. as an office communications clerk
  • Alternatively: completed studies in business informatics or business administration
  • Several years of professional experience in assistance, project management and/or secretarial / assistance.
  • Experience with Google Workspace an advantage
  • Business fluent in German and English
  • Team player with an independent and results-orientated way of working, strong communication skills and a high affinity for IT
  • A valid work permit for the European Union (no student visa)
