Tasks

• Support with tenders, contract and price negotiations, taking into account the purchasing strategy processes and company requirements
• Ensuring the best purchasing conditions and monitoring the content of contracts, e.g. supply chain, quality and costs
• Monitoring suppliers with regard to delivery performance and risk management
• Implementation and initiation of supplier development and optimization based on current delivery performance
• Collaboration in multifunctional teams for tenders, contract awards and during the contract period, including with Supply Chain, Finance and Engineering
• Detailed analysis of procurement markets
• Support and maintenance of supplier relationships

Qualification

• Successfully completed studies in industrial engineering or business administration with at least a degree in engineering or business administration
• Several years of professional experience in purchasing, supplier management and contract management
• Good knowledge of project management
• Initial experience in the aerospace industry
• Sound user knowledge of SAP/R3 and expertise with Google Workspace
• Business fluent in German and English
• Valid work permit for the EU
