Tasks

• Efficient control of production resources through optimised planning and capacity balancing
• Demand and inventory management for individual parts and assemblies, including procurement
• Scheduling and monitoring for on-time, cost-conscious production
• Bottleneck analysis and workload balancing to increase the efficiency of production processes
• Interface management with production, purchasing, quality assurance and engineering
• Monitoring relevant KPIs such as adherence to deadlines, costs and quality
• Managing quality measures and implementing improvement projects
• Coordination of external manufacturing service providers for a smooth supply chain

Qualification

• Degree in mechanical engineering, engineering or a comparable technical field
• Alternatively: further training as a technician or master craftsman (IHK)
• Several years of professional experience in manufacturing, production planning or quality assurance
• Practical experience in metal processing required
• Experience in additive manufacturing desirable
• Detailed knowledge of MS Office and SAP 
• Business fluent German (min. C1) and good English skills (min. B2)
• Existing, unrestricted work permit for the European Union
