Aviation Quality Management Technician (m/f/x)

Tasks

  • Responsibility for the precise creation and maintenance of internal documentation and delivery documentation to ensure quality and traceability in the production process
  • Carrying out extensive tests and inspections on aviation components in the area of door assembly to ensure the highest quality standards
  • Creating and processing complaint reports in the Non Conformity Management (NCM) tool to systematically record and rectify deviations
  • Initiating, implementing and monitoring preventive and corrective measures to identify quality problems at an early stage and solve them sustainably
  • Carrying out thorough incoming goods inspections to ensure that delivered components comply with the specified quality requirements
  • Efficient use of external customer tools such as Airbus Commercial's EoADD (Evidence of Approved Design Data) tool to ensure compliance of components with approved design data

Qualification

  • Completed vocational training as an aircraft mechanic or industrial mechanic
  • Additional qualifications as a technician or master craftsman
  • Several years of professional experience in manufacturing and production as well as in quality management
  • Detailed user knowledge of MS Office and initial experience with SAP
  • Business fluent in German and proficient in English
  • Present valid work permit for the European Union
