Tasks

  • Painting of rotor blades and composite components according to defined procedures
  • Surface preparation, e.g. by sanding or straightening
  • Compliance with safety and hygiene regulations when handling paints
  • Assembly, lamination and reworking of individual parts and assemblies
  • Use of complex tools, fixtures and systems
  • Monitoring material availability and checking components for completeness
  • New production and repair of rotor blades
  • Reporting material shortages and documenting in the production process

Qualification

  • Completed vocational training as a painter / varnisher, vehicle painter or industrial painter
  • Long-standing professional experience in painting and manufacturing / production, ideally in the aerospace or industrial coating sector
  • Experience in working with fibre-reinforced composite materials (composites)
  • Business fluent German skills (min. C1) and basic English skills (min. A2)
  • Willingness to work in a 3-shift system
  • Valid, unrestricted work permit for the European Union (no student visa) is mandatory
