Tasks

Painting of rotor blades and composite components according to defined procedures
Surface preparation, e.g. by sanding or straightening
Compliance with safety and hygiene regulations when handling paints
Assembly, lamination and reworking of individual parts and assemblies
Use of complex tools, fixtures and systems
Monitoring material availability and checking components for completeness
New production and repair of rotor blades
Reporting material shortages and documenting in the production process

Qualification

Completed vocational training as a painter / varnisher, vehicle painter or industrial painter
Long-standing professional experience in painting and manufacturing / production, ideally in the aerospace or industrial coating sector
Experience in working with fibre-reinforced composite materials (composites)
Business fluent German skills (min. C1) and basic English skills (min. A2)
Willingness to work in a 3-shift system
Valid, unrestricted work permit for the European Union (no student visa) is mandatory
