Aviation Supply Chain Coordinator (m/f/x)

As Aviation Supply Chain Coordinator, you are the linchpin and ensure that maintenance teams worldwide are supplied with the necessary materials quickly and in a targeted manner at our customer Lufthansa Technik AG in Frankfurt am Main. The gross annual salary is between €44,800 and a maximum of €59,300, depending on qualifications. Please note that we can only consider candidates who have a valid, unrestricted work permit for the EU (not a student visa).

Tasks

  • Decision-making to select the most suitable and economical solutions (e.g. purchasing, loan, exchange)
  • Ad hoc sourcing and supply of urgently needed aircraft spare parts to maintenance teams
  • Monitoring of Aircraft on Ground (AOG) supply and, if necessary, acceleration of supplier processes in the event of an AOG case
  • Resolving AOG cases worldwide and coordinating the corresponding measures
  • Monitoring the Minimum Equipment List A/B/C and ensuring appropriate processing
  • Commissioning, coordinating and tracking AOG transports to ensure fast and efficient supply
  • Ensuring communication with external and internal interfaces (e.g. Technical Control Center, planning management, maintenance)
  • Maintaining the relevant data and systems, e.g. AMOS and sourcing platforms

Qualification

  • Successfully completed commercial or technical training with further training as a specialist in purchasing, logistics or comparable, aviation merchant / service merchant in aviation with a vocational academy or business economist IHK
  • Several years of professional experience as an expert in materials management in the aviation environment
  • Sound knowledge of AMOS
  • Business fluent in English (at least C1)
  • Willingness to work shifts
  • Valid, unrestricted work permit for the EU (no student visa) mandatory
