Tasks

• Ensuring a smooth supply of materials, taking into account costs, quality and adherence to delivery dates
• Coordination of all purchasing activities in cooperation with international suppliers to ensure the availability of goods for all programs
• Responsibility for the operational procurement of standard parts, including order creation and monitoring of delivery dates
• Proactive management of supply bottlenecks, delays and quality issues
• Working closely with production and other interfaces to ensure material availability and resolve bottlenecks
• Organizing and monitoring international transport in collaboration with logistics service providers to optimize delivery dates
• Maintaining and expanding relationships with international suppliers through regular communication
• Ensuring optimal stock levels and preparing regular reports to analyze procurement activities, supplier performance and stock levels

Qualification

• Completed studies in engineering, business administration or supply chain / logistics
• Several years of professional experience in the areas of purchasing, supplier management and supply chain / logistics
• Detailed user knowledge with MS Office (MS Excel), SAP/MM-SD, SAP/R3 and Google Workspace
• Business fluent in German and English, French and Spanish an advantage
• Existing work permit for the EU
