Back Office Administrator (m/f/x)

Become part of the team of our customer Lufthansa Technik AG at the Hamburg Fuhlsbüttel site and contribute your strengths in organisation, communication and customer orientation as a Back Office Administrator. In this versatile position, you will be the backbone of administrative processes, impress with your negotiating skills, flexibility and initiative — and actively contribute to service-orientated teamwork in the aviation environment.

The gross annual salary is between €33,000 and a maximum of €48,700. Please note that we can only consider candidates who have a valid, unrestricted work permit for the EU (not a student visa).

Tasks

  • Monitoring and maintenance of training certificates, qualifications and authorisations in the system
  • Operational preparation and coordination of regular team and department meetings
  • Ordering and managing work clothing for employees
  • Carrying out IT procurements in collaboration with the specialist departments
  • Organising, coordinating and following up on internal appointments
  • Support with administrative tasks in the workshop environment
  • Collaboration with workshop recorders to carry out correction bookings
  • Interface between specialist departments and central service areas

Qualification

  • Completed commercial vocational training, e.g. as an office management assistant
  • Several years of relevant professional experience in the administrative or organisational field
  • Basic knowledge of business processes and structures
  • Confident handling of internal processes and company regulations
  • Detailed user knowledge of MS Office (e.g. MS Outlook, MS Excel, MS Word, MS PowerPoint)
  • Very good written and spoken English, at least C1 level
  • Willingness for professional development and further training
  • Existing, unrestricted work permit for the EU
