Tasks

Data-driven process optimisation and management of performance improvements in the A320 final assembly line
Management of RC convergence and coordination of performance-related activities across departmental boundaries
Interface management between production, IT and management to ensure the integration of technical solutions
Development and maintenance of automated workflows for processes such as performance evaluation, holiday tracking, CVAT
Analysis of complex data sets and derivation of actionable insights for manufacturing and top management
Active participation in the design of standardised procedures in the finance department
Close collaboration with IT experts and production managers to implement digital solutions

Qualification

Completed bachelor's degree in engineering, business administration, or business informatics
Several years of professional experience in controlling, manufacturing/production, and IT/information systems
In-depth experience in data analysis and workflow automation
Very good knowledge of SAP, Skywise, and Google Workspace
Good knowledge of project and change management
Business fluent German (at least C1) and very good English (at least B2)
A valid, unrestricted work permit for the European Union (no student visa) is mandatory
