Tasks

  • Collaboration in the introduction of new products (NPI) and support of the production and logistics teams during implementation
  • Reviewing and ensuring smooth order fulfillment along the entire supply chain
  • Managing and maintaining order-specific data in the ERP system to ensure up-to-date inventory and order information
  • Analyzing delays, prioritizing orders according to the needs of assembly lines and customer support
  • Control and implement operational measures in the event of delays, missing parts and optimization of logistics processes
  • Daily monitoring of supply chain performance and active conflict resolution to ensure material availability
  • Collaboration with suppliers and internal departments to implement preventive and corrective measures
  • Managing return logistics and monitoring and optimizing inventory levels

Qualification

  • Successfully completed studies in business administration or supply chain / logistics, at least as a technician or business administrator
  • Several years of professional experience in scheduling/material procurement, purchasing, supplier management and supply chain / logistics
  • In-depth user knowledge of MS Excel and Google Workspace
  • Business fluent German (min. C1) and proficient in English (min. B2)
  • An existing, unrestricted work permit for the EU (not a student visa) is mandatory
