Tasks

• Optimisation and stabilisation of work processes in the laboratory team
• Carrying out administrative and coordinating tasks
• Maintaining and expanding relationships with internal and external stakeholders
• Supporting the management team with operational and strategic tasks
• Management and collaboration in various projects
• Contributing to the introduction of the Airbus Operating System (lean management)
• Organisation and coordination of meetings and events
• Support in the development and implementation of long-term business strategies

Qualification

• Completed studies in chemistry, engineering, business administration or a technical field
• Alternatively, successful vocational training as a technician or business administrator, e.g. as an aircraft mechanic or materials tester
• Several years of professional experience in laboratory work or laboratory technology, in project and quality management and initial experience in materials testing
• Initial user knowledge of SAP and Google Workspace
• Business fluent in German and proficient in English
• Existing work permit for the EU (no student visa)
