Tasks

• Supporting the process management team in the definition and continuous improvement of processes and their key factors
• Active participation in process management team (PMT) meetings, including ensuring KPI availability
• Leading and coordinating process implementation in operations and various programs, including all required activities 
• Collecting and analyzing process issues and best practices from operations, extending to PMT level if required 
• Provide local input for risk identification, risk mitigation plans, process performance measurements and resource modeling 
• Creating process related documentation and providing feedback and change requests to the PMT to drive continuous improvement 
• Leading small projects to optimize process flows and structures 
• Supporting the creation of process support documents and managing the publication phase

Qualification

• Completed studies in the field of industrial engineering, business administration, economics or similar 
• Several years of professional experience in process planning, process improvement and quality management 
• Good knowledge of project management and process management 
• Strong IT skills in SAP and Google Workspace 
• Business fluent in German and English
• A valid work permit for the European Union (not a student visa)
