Tasks

Definition and development of complex composite test components for industrial applications
Collaboration on research and development projects in the field of fiber composites
Industrialization of individual parts in composite manufacturing
Support for optimization and improvement projects within manufacturing
Analysis and implementation of company-specific requirements for industrial CFRP production
Active participation in interdisciplinary and international project teams

Qualification

Completed degree in aerospace engineering, mechanical engineering, or composite technologies
Several years of professional experience in development and manufacturing engineering, ideally with a focus on fiber composites
In-depth knowledge of project management
Confident use of Google Workspace
Very good German and English skills (at least C1 in each)
A valid, unrestricted work permit for the European Union (no student visa) is mandatory
