Tasks

  • Prepare and compile application documents for review by specialist departments
  • Organise and coordinate interview invitations
  • Follow up on interviews and maintain contact with applicants
  • Create evaluations, maintain databases and prepare presentations
  • Support administrative processes throughout the recruiting cycle
  • Liaise with internal departments to ensure smooth process management

Qualification

  • Completed vocational training as Office Management Assistant, HR Services Clerk, or similar qualification
  • Several years of professional experience in administrative, HR or assistant roles
  • Solid understanding of internal company procedures and policies
  • Excellent skills in MS Office and confident use of digital tools
  • Good German and English skills (min. B1)
  • A valid, unrestricted work permit for the European Union (no student visa) is mandatory
