Tasks

• Efficient scheduling and management of the supervisor's daily/weekly tasks
• Organization of travel planning and travel expense accounting for national and international trips
• Preparation and structuring of meetings and provision of relevant documents
• Checking and processing incoming invoices and initiating approval processes
• Coordination of team events, trade fairs and airshows at international locations
• Office organization and administrative support for the team and smooth collaboration
• Internal and external correspondence and maintaining professional relationships
• Looking after guests and supporting budget planning as well as vacation cover in the secretariat

Qualification

• Completed commercial vocational training
• Several years of professional experience as an assistant
• Detailed user knowledge with MS Office skills, experience with Google Suite an advantage
• Business fluent in German and English, French desirable
• Existing work permit for the EU
