Tasks

Disposition of components in the repair process and identification of bottlenecks and alternatives
Monitoring of throughput times and deadlines, analysis of deviations and communication with internal interfaces
Ensuring delivery reliability for modules and assemblies, taking customer requirements into account
Calculating costs, including preliminary and final calculations
Maintaining delivery status and posting material movements in the system

Carrying out inventories and processing special tasks and project work

Qualification

Completed skilled worker training or completed commercial training (e.g. as a warehouse logistics specialist or industrial clerk)
Many years of professional experience in materials planning or production control, ideally in aviation
Additional qualifications such as master craftsman or state-certified technician desirable
In-depth knowledge of SAP R/3 and confident use of common MS Office applications
Good German and English skills (at least B2)
Strong commercial understanding and scheduling and planning skills
Willingness to undertake further professional training and to work in the UK and abroad
A valid, unrestricted work permit for the European Union (no student visa) is essential
