Commercial Employee at Airbus (m/f/x)

We are currently looking for a reliable Commercial Employee for our client Airbus Helicopters Deutschland GmbH at the Donauwörth site. In this full-time role within the secretarial and team assistance department, you’ll not only manage daily office operations but also actively contribute to planning, reporting, and presentation preparation. The gross annual salary is up to €46,600, depending on qualifications. Please note that we can only consider candidates with a valid, unrestricted work permit for the EU (no student visa).

Tasks

  • Manage calendars and correspondence, including prioritization and information gathering to support decision-making
  • Prepare statistics, presentations, and planning documents (e.g. projects, budgets)
  • Organize and coordinate meetings, including follow-up and action tracking
  • Provide administrative support for HR tasks, travel management, expense processing, and office supplies
  • Act as contact person for IT and facility management
  • Coordinate with other assistants across departments
  • Support event and WebLive organization
  • Promote eco-friendly office practices (e.g. reducing printers, plastic, waste)

Qualification

  • Completed vocational training as an industrial clerk, office management clerk, or equivalent commercial qualification
  • Extensive professional experience in assistance, secretarial work, IT/information systems, and administrative functions
  • Advanced application knowledge of MS Office and in-depth experience with SAP systems
  • Business fluent in German (minimum C1) and proficient in English (minimum B2)
  • Structured, team-oriented working style with strong assertiveness
  • A valid, unrestricted work permit for the European Union (no student visa) is strictly required
