Commercial Employee for Supply Chain (m/f/x)

For our renowned client Airbus Helicopters Deutschland GmbH in Donauwörth, we are looking for a committed Commercial Employee for Supply Chain who impresses with strong communication skills, initiative and a sense of responsibility. Tasks

  • Analysing, tracking and prioritising the delivery status of components for the final assembly line (FAL)
  • Coordinating between supporting departments such as purchasing, logistics, production planning, quality assurance, design and export control
  • Ensuring transparency for the final assembly line by analysing deadlines and prioritising urgent tasks
  • Supporting the implementation and follow-up of short-term operational action plans to minimise delays and optimise logistics processes
  • Balancing the requirements of the final assembly line with the needs defined in the material requirements planning (MRP) system, including problem solving for logistical challenges
  • Efficient coordination and handling of the return of components due to quality complaints

Qualification

  • Completed vocational training as a wholesale and foreign trade clerk, industrial clerk or comparable commercial training with additional qualification as a technician or business administrator
  • Professional experience of at least one year in the areas of purchasing, logistics and project management
  • Detailed user knowledge of MS Office and SAP
  • Business fluent German and advanced English skills
  • Existing work permit for the EU
