Tasks

  • Strategic responsibility for ground support equipment as a central interface in commodity management
  • Development and implementation of product group strategy
  • Conducting international market analyses and global sourcing
  • Management of tenders, contracts, and suppliers
  • Establishing and maintaining long-term supplier relationships
  • Contributing to risk minimization and securing supply
  • Initiating and managing value creation projects
  • Supporting product and service innovation

Qualification

  • Completed degree in business administration, supply chain, logistics, or economics
  • Many years of professional experience in purchasing and in scheduling/material procurement
  • Extensive experience in commodity management required
  • Very good knowledge of MS Office and SAP
  • Business fluent German and English skills (at least C1 in each)
  • A valid, unrestricted work permit for the European Union (no student visa) is mandatory
  • Resume in English required
