Tasks

• Participation in the definition of competencies, learning solutions, job definitions and learning paths to optimize employee development
• Part of a transnational team from Production, Manufacturing Engineering, AOS, Production Planning and Logistics faculties
• Supporting the creation and updating of training materials to ensure up-to-date learning content
• Management of competence and learning solution catalogs to optimize the training offer
• Participation in improvement projects for the continuous development of learning solutions
• Actively designing and equipping practical training rooms to promote hands-on training
• Moderation and management of group processes to promote effective collaboration and knowledge sharing

Qualification

• Completed studies in business administration, preferably with a specialization in personnel development, or similar skills
• Several years of professional experience in HR work and project management
• Very good knowledge of project management, process management, risk management and total quality management
• Detailed knowledge of MS Office and Google Workspace
• Business fluent in German and English (at least B2 level)
• Valid, unrestricted work permit for the EU is mandatory
