Tasks

  • Monthly evaluation of fault and operating data for the Tornado weapon system
  • Analysis and evaluation of technical failure and operating data from the Air Force and industry
  • Preparation of technical reports on error patterns, subsystem behavior, and system availability
  • Maintenance of documentation and support in complaint discussions, including minute-taking
  • Management of mailboxes and distribution structures for technical communication
  • Support of the focal point for product monitoring and national TORNADO support
  • Recording of product-related documentation

Qualification

  • Completed technical degree (e.g., computer science or engineering) or technician's degree
  • Many years of experience in technical documentation and analysis of maintenance and fault data
  • Knowledge of weapons systems, ideally Tornado, and understanding of Bundeswehr structures desirable
  • Confident use of Microsoft Excel, good knowledge of Access and PowerPoint an advantage
  • Experience with SAP, PDM, and IETD (IETP-x) is desirable
  • Business fluent German (at least C1) and good English skills (at least B2)
  • Resume in English required
  • A valid, unrestricted work permit for the European Union (no student visa) is mandatory
