Tasks

  • Maintenance and administration of the KHI design product structure in SAP R/3, including change requests, drawings and bills of materials
  • Coordination of data exchange with the development partner Kawasaki Heavy Industries (KHI)
  • Support in creating specifications and conducting user acceptance tests in SAP
  • Advising internal departments on setting up the design structure
  • Building product structures in ENOVIA VPM in collaboration with system architects
  • Supporting internal trainings on SAP R/3 and configuration management
  • Contributing to process improvements, particularly in the area of Systems Engineering / Model-Based Systems Engineering (MBSE)

Qualification

  • Completed vocational training in a technical field (e.g. industrial mechanic) or in a commercial field (e.g. industrial clerk)
  • Long-standing experience in configuration management, product data management, process improvement, development and technical documentation
  • Extensive professional experience in the aerospace industry, helicopter mechanics, design, production, (design & manufacturing) engineering and work preparation
  • Initial experience in systems engineering / model-based systems engineering (MBSE) is desirable
  • In-depth knowledge of SAP R/3 (Material Management module), ENOVIA VPM (Dassault), and product lifecycle management systems such as Windchill
  • Advanced expertise in SAP and solid knowledge of Google Workspace
  • Very good German and English skills (at least C1 level)
  • A valid, unrestricted work permit for the European Union (no student visa) is mandatory
