Tasks

Responsible for procurement activities including tenders and contract negotiations
Monitoring and managing supplier contracts throughout the entire product lifecycle
Independently leading complex, commercial contract change negotiations
Day-to-day supplier management with a focus on quality, cost, logistics and support
Active participation in cross-functional teams during tender and contract phases
Contribution to projects aimed at cost optimization and risk mitigation

Close collaboration with internal interfaces to ensure procurement targets are met

Qualification

Completed degree in Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, Supply Chain / Logistics or Supply Chain Quality
Extensive professional experience in contract management as well as in operational and strategic procurement
Several years of professional experience in purchasing and supply chain, ideally with knowledge in finance
Good knowledge of project management, process management and risk management
Confident use of MS Excel, MS Word, SAP and Google Workspace
Business fluent English skills (min. C1), German skills are an advantage
CV in English required
A valid, unrestricted work permit for the European Union (no student visa) is mandatory
