Tasks

• Monitoring and control of flight-side handling services for safe and punctual aircraft handling
• Monitoring IT-supported processes (load control) and manual system interventions in the event of missing information
• Compliance with and review of loading principles and consideration of aircraft-specific features
• Ensuring that all services for Lufthansa and customer airlines are provided on time
• Problem management and clarification of handling issues with system support (GOM, ATM, SBS etc.)
• Carrying out methodical safety and quality checks in accordance with Lufthansa specifications
• Compliance with all safety guidelines and procedures to ensure smooth operations

Qualification

• Professional experience in aircraft handling or aviation handling desirable
• IT knowledge of load control systems and handling software an advantage
• Good German and English language skills to interact with international customers and partners
• A valid work permit for the European Union (not a student visa)
• Organisational skills and assertiveness to ensure efficient aircraft handling
• Ability to work in a team and strong communication skills to work smoothly with different interfaces
