Tasks

• Procurement and scheduling of systems and spare parts for the entire plant site
• Obtaining and evaluating quotations in close coordination with internal suppliers
• Missing parts management including the initiation of immediate measures in the event of internal and external bottlenecks
• Optimization of spare parts management in compliance with standardized processes
• Monitoring of key performance indicators (KPIs) and evaluation of internal customer satisfaction
• Master data maintenance in the SAP system
• Supplier communication at international level
• Advice on new acquisitions and measures to increase system availability
  

Qualification

• Completed training as a plant mechanic, industrial mechanic or machine fitter, each with a qualification as a master craftsman
• OR: Successfully completed studies in business administration, logistics or supply chain management
• Several years of professional experience in scheduling and material procurement as well as in maintenance
• Sound technical knowledge, especially in reading drawings
• First practical experience with SAP and a confident use of Google Workspace is an advantage
• Very good knowledge of German (min. C1) and good knowledge of English (min. B2)
• Driving license class B required and forklift license desirable
• A valid, unrestricted work permit for the European Union (no student visa) is mandatory
