Tasks

• Ensuring the smooth processing of all customer orders and deliveries, taking into account deadlines and quality standards
• Creation and transmission of precise demand forecasts, including demand plans and forecast analyses
• Responsibility for the entire ordering process: processing of requirements, spare parts, production and hardware orders
• Providing customers with regular and transparent information on the current status of their orders
• Continuous monitoring and optimisation of the supply chain through direct coordination with all parties involved
• Identifying delivery delays and taking measures

Qualification

• Completed studies in the fields of supply chain, logistics or economics
• Several years of professional experience in scheduling, material procurement and supplier management
• Expertise in supply chain management and logistics with a special focus on the aerospace industry
• Extensive user knowledge of SAP and ideally also familiarity with Google Workspace
• Business fluent in German and English
• Willingness to work in a 3-shift system, including weekends, public holidays and on-call duty
• Existing work permit for the European Union
