We are looking for a dedicatedCustomer Service Dispatcher in Hamburg-Finkenwerder for our client Airbus Operations GmbH. Tasks

Organizing customer transportation by phone, email, and on site
Coordinating customer offices and meeting rooms for appointments
Welcoming and assisting international customers, including onboarding at Airbus
Maintaining customer data in the internal system
Managing rental vehicles (carpool management)
Processing fines and parking violations
Providing administrative support in the delivery process and at internal interfaces

Qualification

Completed commercial training with many years of professional experience
Several years of professional experience in customer service and assistance/secretarial work
Class B driver's license required
Confident use of Google Workspace
Business fluent German and English skills (at least C1)
Willingness to work in a 2-shift system and be on call on Saturdays (approx. every two months)
A valid, unrestricted work permit for the European Union (no student visa) is essential
