Customer Service Representative at Airbus (m/f/x)

On behalf of our client, Airbus Operations GmbH, we are looking for a Customer Service Representative at the Hamburg-Finkenwerder site. The gross annual salary ranges from €64,000 to a maximum of €65,900 depending on qualifications. Please note that we can only consider candidates with a valid, unrestricted work permit for the EU (no student visa).

Tasks

  • Ensuring availability and processing of all relevant delivery documentation
  • Coordinating information flow between internal and external stakeholders
  • Full customer support during aircraft delivery, including assistance with administrative procedures
  • Organizing and maintaining a top-tier customer experience in the delivery area
  • Responsibility for allocated budget areas
  • Actively contributing to and implementing optimization processes related to the customer journey
  • Developing and innovating internal workflows to continuously improve service quality

Qualification

  • Completed commercial training with many years of professional experience or in the tourism industry
  • Alternatively, completed studies in business administration, economics or international management (at least Bachelor's degree)
  • Several years of professional experience in customer service and as a commercial clerk as well as initial experience in project management
  • Confident handling of Google Workspace
  • Business fluent in German and English (each at least C1), any other language an advantage
  • Driving license class B required
  • A valid, unrestricted work permit for the European Union (no student visa) is mandatory
