Tasks

Maintenance, updating, and monitoring of master data (materials, suppliers, customers, finances) in various business systems
Performing data quality checks and identifying and resolving inconsistencies
Ensuring data governance through compliance with processes and guidelines
Advising internal departments (including purchasing, sales, and finance) on master data issues
Processing and resolving data problems and tickets in day-to-day business
Documenting and further developing master data processes
Identifying potential for optimization in data management and participating in corresponding initiatives

Qualification

Degree in business informatics, industrial engineering, economics, or a comparable field
Several years of professional experience in IT/information systems, process improvement, quality management, and supply chain/logistics
Basic knowledge of change management, lean management, and process management, as well as strong analytical skills
In-depth knowledge of SAP R/3 and Google Workspace, as well as experience with JIRA and Confluence
Knowledge of PPS (Practical Problem Solving) and artificial intelligence (AI) desirable
Business fluent German and English skills (at least C1)
A valid, unrestricted work permit for the European Union (no student visa) is mandatory
