The gross annual salary is between €64,000 and a maximum of €67,500, depending on qualifications. Please note that we can only consider candidates who have a valid, unrestricted work permit for the EU (no student visa).

Tasks

Development and optimization of production equipment concepts for structural and equipment assembly
Design of special production equipment, taking into account quality, safety, ergonomics, and production requirements
Collaboration with specialist departments to integrate automation, measurement, and control technology
Subproject management, including schedule and cost tracking, as well as collaboration in interdisciplinary teams
Support for CapEx and OpEx processes and preparation of technical tender documents
Carrying out acceptance tests and functional tests at the supplier's premises until handover to series production
Preparation and maintenance of technical documentation, root cause analysis, and participation in improvement projects
Management of external design offices and quality assurance of the services commissioned

Qualification

Completed degree in mechanical engineering, industrial engineering, or a comparable technical field
Many years of professional experience in the areas of jigs & tools, design, and project management
Experience in the creation of manufacturing concepts
Knowledge of fixture design, component design, and manufacturing processes is an advantage
Confident use of Catia V5 and Google Workspace as well as basic knowledge of SAP
Business fluent German (at least C1) and proficient English (at least B2)
A valid, unrestricted work permit for the European Union (no student visa) is mandatory
