Tasks

• Ensuring the operational material supply of the workshops with consumables and communicating the status of the material supply
• Monitoring all requirements to minimize the risk of non-availability
• Developing alternatives in the event of supply problems in accordance with technical/aviation law requirements
• Resolving bottlenecks in the supply chain (troubleshooting)
• Identification of critical parts for prioritization
• Independent activation and monitoring of escalation processes
• Conducting performance dialogs and representing the supply interests of the workshops

• Identification of optimization potential in the supply chain

Qualification

• Successfully completed training as a skilled worker or completed commercial training
• Further training as a master craftsman or state-certified technician is desirable
• Good knowledge of material supply and engine maintenance is advantageous
• Confident handling of common systems for materials management and control (e.g. SAPR/3)
• Very good knowledge of English
